At The Noveled Vine, each piece is created with intention and care. Because many of our items are made to order, we ask that you review the details below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We do not charge restocking fees.

Final Sale Items

Because many of our products are made specifically for you, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Journals and books

• Apparel

• Drinkware

• Accessories

• Any made-to-order or print-on-demand items

These items are created especially for each order and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
