How It Started

The Noveled Vine didn’t begin as a business idea.
It began as a longing…
for something slower, more intentional.
A space that felt like stepping out of the noise
and into something honest.

I built this because I needed a space like it.
A place where stories feel safe.
A place where, together, we can pause, breathe,
and feel a little more like ourselves, again.

I believe the most meaningful moments
happen when we allow ourselves to slow down
and truly take them in.

Hello, I’m Coleen!

I’m a grateful partner and a proud mama to two beautiful children.
My family is my purpose, my grounding, my why.

This journey began after my first child was born.

I’ve always been drawn to stories…
that stay with you,
 that make you feel seen,
that quietly change something inside you.

As a mother, I wanted my children to see themselves reflected
in the books they read.
When I couldn’t find enough of those stories,
I wrote one.

I’m proud to say I’ve added writer to my story.
It’s a children’s book rooted in love, identity, and belonging,
currently in the publishing process.

And somewhere along the way, I realized
I didn’t just want to create stories,
I wanted to create a home for them.

So, this became that space.

A place for books that stay with you.
For quiet moments.
For reflection.
For becoming.

Everything here is chosen slowly and with intention.
They are the things I would hand to you myself.

One day, this will be more than an online shop.
I picture a mobile bookstore,
and eventually a brick-and-mortar space with a wine bar, warm light,
and a place where you can truly stay awhile.

But for now, this is where we begin.
This is where we build something together.
